Excited to announce our next 35-acre mixed-use commercial development project at the gateway of City of Prosper. Planning and Design in progress with construction is expected to start in Q4 of 2025. This project is neighboring to the west of the highly anticipated mega HEB store which is slated to open late summer of 2025.
